Requires
PERMANENT FULL-TIME
NURSE PRACTITIONER
As members of the Ontario Nurses’ Association (ONA), you will form part of a dedicated nursing team to provide care to the 160 residents of the Home.
Qualifications:
Current Registration in the Extended Class with the Ontario College of Nurses.
RNAO membership required
Experience in geriatrics or long-term care
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff and families.
Genuine interest and understanding of the needs of the elderly.
Superior leadership, organization, research, evaluation and time management skills
Working knowledge of computers.
Must be bilingual (French & English)both verbal and written.
Must be in good health and able to perform regular duties on a daily basis.

AU CHATEAU HOME FOR THE AGED is a not-for-profit organization that provides services to seniors through its 162 bed long-term care facility, support programs and housing units in Sturgeon Falls.
We are seeking:
REGISTERED DIETITIAN
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Administrator, the Registered Dietitian assumes the authority and responsibility of the nutritional care for residents in the Long-Term care facility and takes on the role to monitor, oversee day-to-day clinical nutrition of residents and monitoring a high level of nutrition care and well-being of residents. The Registered Dietitian ensures that the nutrition and hydration programs comply with the Fixing Long-Term Care Act 2021, amongst others.
Qualifications:
• Must be registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Three (3) years previous professional experience in Long-Term Care is an asset
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in gerontology
• Must be bilingual
Compensation:
The salary range is $74,585 to $86,849 and we offer an excellent benefit program.

Management/Supervisory skills as the RN is responsible for the supervision of the Home’s staff on evenings, night and weekends
